- Taxi Booking

- Fare and Additional Charges

Additional charges may include toll charges, parking charges, state taxes, entry fees, driver allowance, night charges, extra kilometres, extra hours, waiting charges, or other applicable charges.

Cabbooknow reserves the right to change fares, offers, and pricing from time to time.
- Vehicle Availability
The vehicle selected during booking is subject to availability.
If the selected vehicle is unavailable due to operational, technical, regulatory, weather, road, or other circumstances, Cabbooknow or its service partner may provide an equivalent vehicle where possible.
In circumstances where an alternative vehicle cannot be provided, the applicable booking amount may be refunded according to the booking and refund terms.
- Airport, Railway and Local Transfers
Airport pickup, airport drop, railway pickup, railway drop, and local taxi services are subject to the service area and booking conditions applicable to the selected service.
Any journey that goes beyond the permitted service area may be treated as an outstation journey and may attract additional charges or require a separate booking.
- Outstation Taxi Services
Outstation bookings may include one-way, round-trip, or multi-city travel depending on the service selected.
An outstation cab booked for a specific trip type should not be used for unrelated local travel unless permitted by the applicable booking terms.
The customer may be required to pay applicable tolls, taxes, parking charges, driver allowance, state entry charges, and other applicable expenses.
- Waiting Charges
The customer is expected to be available at the scheduled pickup location and time.
Waiting charges may apply when the customer is delayed beyond the applicable complimentary waiting period.
The applicable waiting period and charges may vary depending on the type of booking, location, and service provider.
- Additional Distance and Time
Additional charges may apply if the customer requests an unscheduled change in the route, destination, duration, or other booking details.
Customers are responsible for applicable charges arising from additional kilometres, additional hours, waiting time, route changes, or other services requested after booking confirmation.
- Booking Changes
Customers may request changes to their booking by contacting Cabbooknow support and providing the booking reference number and required changes.
Any modification is subject to availability and approval.
Additional charges may apply for approved changes to the trip type, route, destination, duration, or vehicle.
- Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellation charges, if applicable, will depend on the booking type and the cancellation terms applicable to the booking.
If a customer does not arrive at the pickup location within the applicable waiting period and does not contact the driver or Cabbooknow, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
In case of a no-show, the customer may be liable for the applicable booking amount or cancellation charges.
- Driver and Service Provider
Cabbooknow may facilitate taxi bookings through its service providers, fleet partners, drivers, or other transportation partners.
Drivers are expected to operate vehicles in accordance with applicable traffic laws and local transportation regulations.
Customers should follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver or applicable authorities.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing correct booking information.
Customers must not engage in abusive, threatening, unlawful, or inappropriate behaviour toward drivers, service providers, employees, or other users.
Customers must not damage the vehicle or misuse the taxi service.
Any damage caused to a vehicle due to intentional or negligent behaviour may result in additional charges or other action as permitted by applicable law.
- Delays and Force Majeure
Cabbooknow will make reasonable efforts to provide the booked service. However, delays may occur due to traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Cabbooknow will not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
- Driver Misconduct or Service Issues
If a customer experiences misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or any serious issue involving a driver or service provider, the customer should report the matter to Cabbooknow support as soon as possible with the booking reference and relevant details.
Cabbooknow may investigate complaints and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.
- Booking Failure
In the event that a confirmed taxi is unavailable or does not arrive due to a service provider or fleet partner issue, Cabbooknow may make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative vehicle or transportation option.
Where an alternative cannot reasonably be provided, the applicable booking amount may be refunded according to the applicable refund policy.
Cabbooknow will not be responsible for indirect expenses such as hotel costs, missed flights, missed trains, or other consequential expenses unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Cabbooknow makes reasonable efforts to keep information on its website accurate and up to date.
However, prices, vehicle availability, service areas, offers, descriptions, and other information may change from time to time.
